Description | Flow Cyt (Intra) 1/160. IHC-P 1/2000. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol. WB 1/500 - 1/2000. Detects a band of approximately 10, 15 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 17 kDa). Abcam recommends blocking in 3% milk for cleanest results in WB. Blocking with BSA gives slightly higher background. ICC/IF 1/500. |
