Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded immunohistochemical staining of brain tissue. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 1.0 µg/mL (1:2000). For immunohistochemistry, a dilution of 1:50 - 1:100 is suggested.
