| Description | Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 55-58kDa band observed in Human Adrenal Gland and approx. 50kDa in Mouse Brain lysates (calculated MW of 55.7kDa according to Human NP_003045.2 and Mouse NP_766111.1). Recommended concentration 1-3ug/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Rat Brain for this particular batch. |
